In this short video Nikko shares a very simple and easy-to-follow smoothie recipe that is kid-friendly:
- Start with 2 bananas, and please don’t use mushy ones
- Add frozen berries (these help to keep your smoothie cold!)
- Add low-fat yogurt
- Finally, add low-fat milk
Pulse your blender a few times, then mix all the ingredients together and serve.
