The point he is making (which is so obviously displayed in this graphic) is that we consume WAY TOO much sugar. In fact, if you can remember back to the early 90’s going “low fat” was all the rage. The problem, of course, is that fat isn’t the issue. Sugar IS.
What’s more, when companies remove fat from processed foods and drinks what do they replace it with?
That’s right, sugar…
