I gotta tell you, finding GOOD videos for hypnosis can be a challenge.
Some videos are WAY too long. Some are VERY boring (maybe they’re trying to put me to sleep?). So time and again I return to Mark Shepard of Honest Hypnosis. He may not be everybody’s cup of tea, but this guy combines passion and honesty in a way that I frankly find very refreshing.
