Okay, I couldn’t help adding another sound healing and guided mediation by my very dear, dear friend Mark Shepard. I had to post this one not because he mentioned me during the meditation segment near the end, but because his words were profound.
And prophetic. Because a shift did happen in my life recently that this music and meditation mirror so perfectly.
