Writing Your Story, Your Way”
Often, we come into this world with a script or story that does not belong to us.
We are given the histories and the beliefs of our parents and families that we don’t actually own, but we integrate this information into who we are.
Some of this information is rich, and useful and it colors in the wonderful parts of who we become: our heritage, our ethnicity, our culture, what we are taught, the good things about the people we are evolving to.
And then other times, we take on things that truly don’t belong to us: the history of family traumas, the pain that preceded us the drama that belonged to other people around us.
As children we take on these things and they influence the adult we grow up to be, they become part of our story and these stories often can hold us back with their limiting beliefs and they interrupt who we truly are, or who we were truly meant to become.
But, it does not have to stay that way.
In this workshop you can create your new “moving forward” script. You can write the story of your life as it is now, as it is today — and the outcome can be whatever you want to make it. You can change the direction of your story and EFT can help you write that new script.
Please note… you do not have to have any previous writing skills or experience to participate in this workshop. We will show you everything that you need to do.
