The Super-Exercise for Joint and Muscle Health!
May 14, 2016
This is a rare opportunity to learn the closely guarded system of the Tai Chi stick exercises (Taiji bang). The Tai Chi bang or stick is a unique method of training the joints, muscles, and tendons.
Originally this practice was kept secret and passed- on only to a selected few. It was created by the famous Chen Fa Ke, the seventeen generation master of the Chen style of Tai Chi.
The Tai Chi bang is an amazing method to develop stronger and more flexible joints and muscles. You will see results in the first week of your practice.
- Increase the range of motion of the joints.
- Release joint and muscle pain.
- Improve tendon-muscular elasticity.
- Develop core energy.
- Maintain muscle strength and joint health.
In this class you will learn the eight main exercises of the system performed with the assistance of a 16 inches wooden stick (not the same as the Tai Chi ruler).
The main instructor Lao Shi Camilo Sanchez, L. Ac, MOM, learned the exercises directly from his teacher Master Zhang Xue-Xin, who received this instruction from Chen Zhaokue, the son of Master Chen Fa Ke.
Students of the movement and healing arts, Tai Chi and qigong students, massage therapists, yoga teachers, sports enthusiast, musicians, keyboard users, and anyone willing to release joint and muscle pain and increase flexibility will find this practice an invaluable tool.
