Although second to cold turkey in success hypnosis allows our subconscious mind to realize it was never a smoker. Most clients report less withdrawal symptoms than with any other method they have tried.
2. No side effects with hypnosis
Hypnosis is the most natural form of smoking cessation because your subconscious mind does all the work. Your only part is making the decision to stop smoking with hypnosis.
Often with drugs like Chantix or Wellbutrin there are many side effects that come with taking these drugs. The patch often burns or causes skin irritations and the various nicotine gums or lozenges upset your stomach.
3. Avoiding replacement habits such as over eating
During your hypnosis session I often include direct suggestions to your subconscious about not replacing one bad habit for another such as the most common which is over eating. Many people when they stop smoking replace the smoking habit with eating.
In hypnosis you will be given suggestions to avoid the weight gain often associated with stopping smoking.

Most people who stop smoking with hypnosis stay non-smokers or return back to smoking less frequently than with other methods.
