Tai Chi is one of the leading mind and body fitness exercises, health practice, and internal martial art system. This class includes how to teach Tai Chi safely and effectively, the five key principles for efficient Tai Chi practice, main Tai Chi stances, foundation Tai Chi exercises, stepping and transferring weight in Tai Chi, Tai Chi-qigong relaxation exercises, single movement practice, and the square Tai Chi form.

Class meets once a week on Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 pm for eight weeks.
Class size limited to 15 students.
