I have heard a well known hypnotist say that there are two kinds of smokers – those who know they want to quit but don’t think they can, and those who think they can quit anytime but are too afraid to find out if they really can.
You may know some people who fit into either category.
Or you may be one of those smokers yourself.
Who’s in control, you or the cigarettes?
I have an even better question for you…
“Who Better To Be In Control Of You Than You?!!”
Many smokers have tried to quit and have failed numerous times. I know this because that is where so many of the people who have come to me for smoking cessation with hypnosis have come from. That dark place within of shame, guilt and hopelessness.
You have done what you know how or what to do on your own, by yourself. But if it were that easy to stop on your own then there were would be more successes and fewer failures.
Can I give you a little relief here and now?
It’s not about the cigarettes. It’s about the habit you have created with the cigarettes. Let that soak in and begin to lighten up on yourself. Heavy sigh…
Our brain is like a computer, it’s loaded with programs. Some add to our life. Some slowly rob us of our life.
According to the smoking “program” running on autopilot we need to have a cigarette to feel “better.” The outer effect of having to have a cigarette is the expression of an inner thought pattern. To battle only the outer effect which is the cigarette is wasted energy and often results in failure.
We are dealing with thoughts and habits.
Chances are before lighting up a cigarette you are not thinking about consuming formaldehyde, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, arsenic and multiple other carcinogenic substances. Chances are you are thinking about the temporary good feelings a cigarette gives you.
Thoughts and habits can be changed.
BUT changed to what? What do you want more of? To get your doctors off your back to quit smoking? To get your loved ones off your back to quit smoking? To be free of the shame, guilt, expense, slowly losing your life?
As long as you feel like you have to smoke, you will smoke.
No one can go above your free will. When you willfully decide to utilize hypnosis to set yourself free from the burden of cigarettes I can make it much easier for you to stop smoking by enabling you to change your thoughts and habits.
In the office I teach you how to create new thoughts and new habits. In the office you actually feel good feelings while running your new thoughts and new habits. Not just temporary good feelings but good feelings for a lifetime – for Your Life.
When nothing else works…consider hypnosis.
