What makes forgiving so difficult?
- Do you keep feeling upset by the wrongs someone did to you that keep
circling round and round in your head? - Have you lost valued friends because you can’t forgive them?
- Do you know you should forgive him or her, but just can’t do it?
Many of us find ourselves hanging onto anger at those we feel wronged by, unable to let it go.
In this workshop Dr. Jane Ilene Cohen will address what makes forgiving so difficult and what gets in the way of forgiving. She will address it in the context of the specific forgiveness challenges participants bring to the workshop. And she’ll address it from the perspective of NLP, TimeLine, and the Life Is Designed to Work thought system.
Bring your specific issues, questions, and concerns to the workshop.
Dr. Cohen is an Intuitive & Transformational Counselor, an NLP & TimeLine Master Practitioner, and a Hypnotherapist. She has had a private counseling practice for 24 years (currently in Encinitas), where she works with adults, children, couples, and other relationships. Her doctorate is in Transpersonal Counseling.
