This week is a big deal.
First, the Sun moves into Capricorn on December 21st. Then, Saturn moves from it’s 2.5 year cycle in Sagittarius into Capricorn on December 20th as well, starting a new cycle in it’s natural “home” zodiac sign.
Capricorn represents the winter in mythology and the planet Saturn, connected with the story of Father Time. Saturn teaches us that discipline, long-term commitment, being our own authority and patience will reap the lasting rewards. But if we try to skip out on the lessons Saturn brings us, the hammer comes down even harder later.
You can run but you can’t hide when Saturn comes to visit.
You will, however, likely cry, scream, punch things and possibly want to quit life several times during the process. Best to buck up wherever Saturn is passing your natal chart through 2018-2020 and get ready to werk, werk, werk, for it.
Also, get your tissues handy.
