On December 25th, Venus moves from Sagittarius into Capricorn and will be directly conjunct Saturn in Capricorn. Venus when it’s in Cap is already a more earthy, serious vibe but cozied up to Saturn, which represents limitation, restriction and a “cold” attitude, can have a sobering effect on the planet of love and abundance.
Venus and Saturn are also squaring moon in Aries at the start of this week, so overall not the warmest week in love or your $$$$.
Moon in Aries is always a bit volatile and can cause tempers to flare. And Saturn next to Venus can make money issues feel tighter than normal. With the new year right around the corner and Capricorn season at it’s peak, it’s a prime time to think about your commitments and where you’re expending your energies in the areas of love and money, as well as where it’s time to cut ties for good.
