On-Line Workshop
In trying times, it can feel as though we have little control over our well-being and survival. Many of us are facing uncertainty and anxiety about many essential aspects of our lives, such as:
- how to stay safe and still have some semblance of well-being
- how to financially support ourselves without putting our lives
(and those of others) in jeopardy - how to cope with the conflicts that emerge with those closest to you
when in stay-at-home mode - how to cope with painful feelings, such as loneliness, anxiety, depression, worthlessness, uncertainty, a sense of lack of meaning, feeling abandoned, stuck, not safe…
In difficult times when our lives feel out of control, it can be difficult to stay in a positive and/or resourceful place. But it is crucial for our well-being and survival that we do.
How can we move forward in our lives in these circumstances we have no control over?
Dr. Jane Ilene Cohen will address this in the context of your particular circumstances and experiences. She will address this from the perspective of NLP TimeLine and the Life is Designed to Work thought system she founded.
You are invited to bring your specific issues, questions, and concerns.
Dr. Cohen is an Intuitive & Transformational Counselor, an NLP & TimeLine Master Practitioner, and a Hypnotherapist. Her doctorate is in Transpersonal Counseling. She has had a private counseling practice for 25 years, where she works with adults, children, couples, and other relationships. JaneCohenCounseling.com
