Seven Simple Steps for a Healthier and Happier You
Step One – Cleaning your house
The house metaphor refers to your physical body.
To begin healing on a physical level, deep cleansing is necessary.
This means you will begin by becoming aware of your inner thoughts in connection to your body and spirit, bring low impact movement and exercise into your daily routine, meditate and begin making healthier choices of the foods you eat, including the addition of more alkaline based foods.
Step Two – Clearing the debris from inside the house
Now we move inwards to locate old thoughts, patterns and out-dated beliefs as well as the state of your emotions.
Old thoughts and out-dated beliefs can be creating an internal conflict you may not have even been aware existed at all.
Begin your inner journey and document your travels. Something may hold an important message of meaning for you, yet you may not be ready or willing to see.
Keeping a journal or record of your happenings and your dreams may prove to be useful.
Step Three – Cleaning out the closets & garage
Let go of the old.
Often times we hold on to painful events and conversations. These are then played back as if they were on repeat mode. The more these are allowed to continue being played they will become concretized as a TRUTH for you.
Release this inner turmoil of self-perpetuating circumstance which plague you by using a disconnect technique such as meditation or affirmations.
Your outer illusions match inner turmoil.
If pain, loss, excess weight, poor relationships, etc show up in your daily life, look within and promote healing from within by becoming in alignment with your inner TRUTH
Step Four – Interior decorating your new space
Use positive affirmations and meditation to help you in effecting positive change.
Open your Self up and allow not only your inner child to come out and play, but to also open your Self up to embrace your own creativity and imagination. Watch the young ones at play to gain inspiration if you need to remember how to do this.
Step Five – Inviting others
Open your Self to understand that we are never alone.
That there are Angels, Masters, Guides and your Higher Self who wishes to communicate with you. Connect on a deeper level by asking for their assistance and guidance then be prepared to listen to it when it arrives and act upon it with faith.
Step Six – Loving your new House
Now that you have released, surrendered and connected it is time to tend now, to the inner garden of your creation.
It takes more than a simple wish or desire to create. Bring awareness to the internal wisdom by continuing daily to connect through meditation, nature walks, signing, dancing, being with loved ones, whatever brings you the greatest joy.
Step Seven – Planting your garden
It is now time to begin to plant the seeds of your desires, reaching out towards your bringing your dreams into fruition, finding your true life’s purpose and your mission for this incarnation.
To nurture it by shower it with love and light and to ensure that all weeds created by any negative thoughts, feelings or outside influences are pulled.
