How can you tell where your current vibration lays along the frequency scale? Simple, you can only attract to you those things that are in alignment with your own frequency!

There are many who life from a frequency of fear!
Just take a look around you and you can be witness to all the “fear based” happenings. Such things as war, violence, higher levels of poverty among US citizens, disease and illness abounds now even reaching deeper into our children and our pets!
According to Dr. David R. Hawkins, author of Power vs. Force, shows us that any frequency below the frequency of Courage, or 200 Mhz, is a lower vibrating frequency. Yet he states that over 10 Million People live at or Below the Courage Frequency!

Here’s how you can test your Self to discover your dominant/default frequency. Shame, Guilt, Apathy, Grief, Fear, Desire, Anger and Pride (Ego) are all lower frequencies that are associated with dis-ease and illness.
So how can you find your current frequency?
Muscle testing is an ancient more commonly known as Applied Kinesiology.
It is the body’s way of communicating to you and it works through a series of Yes/No questions. It’s Simple and YOU can learn to use muscle testing to determine your current frequency and to help you in raising your frequency to the minimum of Courage. It takes Courage to move forward up the scale of higher vibrating frequencies!
One of the easiest methods of muscle testing to learn to use is the Sway Method.
Here’s how it works:
- Stand straight up, feet flat on the floor
- Inhale and exhale Three full, deep breaths
- Ask your Yes/No Question
- Take notice how your body moves!
If your body naturally leans forward, this movement represents a YES answer. If your body naturally pulls you backwards, this movement represents a NO answer.
For some the movement may be slightly noticeable for others, the movement can be quite profound! Play around with asking questions. It may be helpful to begin with questions you already know the answers to, to better learn the movement of your body’s talk!
After you’ve identified how your body moves and responds to Yes/No responses, let’s test your Current Frequency.
Follow the above process, for Step 3 ask questions like: Am I in Alignment with the Frequency of Courage?
This will establish whether your personal vibration is in the higher frequencies or lower vibration. It’s important to understand that neither level of frequency is “Good” or “Bad” they each simply just are!
If you find, like most people, your current vibration is lower than 200, don’t judge your Self with harsh or unkind words and become Grateful for having a new awareness that something needs to shift for you to obtain Good Health, Loving Relationships, Creative Endeavors and Prosperity!
How to raise your emotional frequency
If your current level of frequency is below Courage, listening to the vibrational frequency of Liberation of Fear and Guilt will assist you into raising your frequency. Listening through stereo headsets are often best, yet not completely necessary.
Notice what you feel in your abdomen!
Your body will begin to communicate to you through pictures, sounds, words, thoughts or in whatever way is unique to your body language.
Living within the frequency of fear and guilt block your root chakra and your sacral chakra (or womb chakra) from allowing free flowing movement of your Life Force Energy.
