What role does thought have in your life? And your health?
Traditional medicine sort of dances around the issue a bit. And who can blame them. So when they mention that stress (a mental state with a physiological component) has an effect on your immune system, and ultimately your health, they are agreeing (to some degree) that our thoughts affect our health.
And our life…
Look, you can live a life of abundance and health, or you choose to remain stuck in a rut of “sameness” and misery. Of negativity.
Your life really IS what you BELIEVE it to be.
Do you get that? Believe that?
Let me share this with you… I created a business out of nothing, and now I spend every day doing what I love. And get paid for it. Without commuting to an office or getting stuck in traffic. Mostly while wearing sweatpants and a tee shirt. My kids never had to go to daycare because I worked from home.
This didn’t happen because of luck. I’m not “special.” All of this happened for me because THIS is what I wanted for myself and my family.
Now, it didn’t happen overnight. It took (and takes) effort, commitment, dedication and perseverance. But it ALL starts with you… your thoughts. What YOU REALLY WANT for yourself. More than anything else in the world.
Listen, your life will never be bigger than your dreams.
So dream big.
And think healthy thoughts, about you and your body. And then live THAT each and every day.
