We have updated the name of our “Hatha Flow” class to “Align and Slow Flow.” This well-balanced class places emphasis on proper physical alignment in a yoga posture through an understanding of your own unique anatomy. Your instructor will guide you through a mindful flow of movement, at times including props, breath-work and meditative practices to increase focus, flexibility, mobility, strength and balance in the body. Beginners and experienced yogis will all love this class!
Friday at 5:30PM: Vinyasa Yoga with Kara C. (begins 9/1)
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In our vinyasa classes, we flow from posture to posture, with great focus on mindful movement combined with the power of the breath. This class may move at a faster pace and could include more strength postures than our gentle and hatha-style classes. Join this classes to move, stretch, strengthen and leave your body feeling balanced and energized. Each instructor offers their own style and variation of vinyasa so we encourage you to check out as many classes as you can!

A wonderful hybrid of Yin and Restorative Yoga, this 75-minute Yinstorative Candlelight Yoga and Meditation is a perfect way to end your day. This practice begins with an extended period of breath-work, relaxation and centering, followed by a slow flow of gentle yoga postures, including the use of props for yin-style deep stretches, held for 2-5 minutes, focused on tension release in the low back, hips and legs. This is then complimented with prop-supported restorative postures for deep physical relaxation and a guided meditation to promote calm and clarity. A perfect class for beginners or experienced yogis who want to de-stress and enjoy a great night’s sleep!

We will be closed on Monday September 4th to celebrate the contributions American workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country. There is a normal class schedule the rest of this holiday weekend.
