What Is Shamanic Breathwork?
Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful somatic process that allows individuals to experience deep healing and transformation on a spiritual, mental, emotional and physical level. Using a connected circular breathing technique in conjunction with activating chakra attuned music, the Shamanic Breathwork Process supports individuals in releasing outdated programming, unhealthy patterns and behaviors, and limiting beliefs.
Through this transformative process, individuals journey and experience different realms of consciousness, accessing greater love, wisdom, healing and transformation. Based upon the premise that the healer—shaman—lives within, the Shamanic Breathwork Process is an experiential tool, ritual and ceremony that creates the space for individuals to journey beyond the limits of their ego.
For those attending this workshop, please review the following list of recommended items to bring to support your journey and transformation.
- 1 or 2 blankets
- a pillow
- an eye-mask (I will have a few available if you don’t own one)
- a journal
- a bottle of water
In preparation for your Shamanic Breathwork journey, it is recommended (but not required) that you either fast for a couple of hours before journeying, or eat lightly, as Shamanic Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach.
It is also recommended that you wear loose and comfortable clothing for this process. Layers are recommended as your body may get hot and/or cold during the breathwork journey itself.
