New Beginnings start with one tiny step forward, one new thought, one positive affirmation, one small change. So this March and beyond, find this small daily step for yourself and take action. Steady progress is progress. Progress not perfection is what matters. Live, learn, laugh and enjoy the ride as winter comes to an end and the new beginnings of spring and new life are just around the corner.
The work that each of us does has a ripple effect, even when doing it remotely. We hope you have taken advantage of the virtual offerings and have discovered the benefits of distance healing, working with a practitioner online, by phone, via Zoom or in a spirit to spirit connection. We are truly blessed to still be able to experience these wonderful modalities and offerings in this time of stress, anxiety and fear of the unknown. We are all connected; we are all one and thus we can help each other with all of the positive things we do, think and believe.

Join us in community to honor the anticipated change of seasons from Winter to Spring! We will shed whatever we need to release from a challenging Winter season, and grow our seeds of good health, prosperity, peace and well-being. We will work with the seasonal correspondences of mineral, plant and flower essences, and connect with our guides, angels and ancestors to support our personal health and wellness. Our work will include prayer, ceremony, healing meditations and medicine songs. Open to all levels, traditions and backgrounds.
