Okay, I’ll admit that this might be a strange clip to share here.
However, I came across this video the other day, and as I watched it really hit close to home because as I type this my left shoulder is in pain… with frozen shoulder. After watching David Letterman show Ricky Gervais how to do the exercise I thought, “what the heck” and gave it a try.
The result? Immediate improvement.
My pain isn’t gone but it is feeling much better. So every morning I’m committed to doing this stretching exercise. And if you’re suffering from frozen shoulder what do you have to lose?
