It seems every annual checkup my doctor tells me that I’m Vitamin D deficient. And the same goes for my wife, too. Maybe it’s all the sun screen we’re supposed to put on every summer (or not), but I doubt I’m alone in my need for adding Vitamin to my list of supplements.
The question is, how much Vitamin D do I need to take?
