The simple question, according to this video, is not so much WHAT you eat… as it is HOW OFTEN you eat.
In other words, every diet out there simply assumes that it’s a good idea for us to eat “three square meals a day.” But is that true? Is following that rather simple (and possibly outdated advice) the best course of action to follow, especially as we age?
