Yes, another video from my friend Ralph Smart. In this video he shares how you can start a plant based diet. Now, to be honest I have not started a 100% plant-based diet… yet. However, I have lost 10 pounds and 2 inches off my waist (wearing size 32″ pants again after 20 years) by:
- cutting out ALL potatoes
- cutting out pasta
- drinking a yummy (and super easy) breakfast smoothie every morning
- eating more fruits and veggies
- cutting out all beef
- no more cookies
So although I’m not totally on a plant based diet (yet?) should I take the plunge I’ll be following his advice. And maybe you can too?
